Neeraj Pariyar – Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Professional
I am a results-driven Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional with 15 years of GCC experience, including over 10 years in the oil and gas sector in Ras Laffan, Qatar, 5 years in the UAE, and early career experience in the hospitality sector with McDonald’s as a Senior Crew Trainer. This diverse background has strengthened my skills in training delivery, team leadership, operational discipline, hygiene standards, and workplace safety, which continue to support my performance in high-risk environments.
My professional expertise focuses on Permit to Work (PTW) coordination, Lockout–Tagout (LOTO) management, and SIMOPS coordination, with a proven track record of implementing risk control measures aligned with ALARP principles and international HSE standards.
I have extensive experience in conducting HSE audits, leading root cause investigations, and delivering practical, hands-on safety training to enhance compliance and workforce safety awareness. I am committed to fostering a proactive, zero-harm safety culture through disciplined systems, effective communication, and strong leadership.
Guiding Principle: “Safe Work, Everywhere, All the Time.”
Currently, I serve as an HSE PTW Coordinator on the North Field East (NFE) Onshore LNG Project in Qatar with Gulf Asia Contracting WLL. I hold NEBOSH, ILM, and multiple specialized safety certifications and am recognized for driving continuous improvement and operational safety excellence.
I am open to connecting with professionals and organizations dedicated to achieving excellence in health and safety performance globally.
